Job Description :
Responsibilities :
Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative supports to General Manager
Co-ordinate and manage business related activity/project assignments
Line up meetings, video conferences and arrange appointment schedule to senior executives
Prepare business correspondence like letters, reports, agenda, minutes, and presentation materials
Summarize, consolidate/restructure reports/spreadsheets for refining the presentation as requested
Conduct diary, travel and itineraries management to senior executives
Compile files and maintain proper record keeping
Participate and handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirement :
-- 2 to 5 Years Experience;
-- Qualification: Bachelor Degree;
-- Tertiary educated graduate with minimum 2 years relevant experience in trading firm/ MNC with merchandising background and formal secretarial training highly preferable
-- Good computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
-- Excellent telephone manner
-- Excellent command of both written and oral Cantonese, English & Mandarin, with knowledge in German an advantage
-- Strong interpersonal, well organization and independent
